A low-profile aluminium platform for a rooftop tent, recovery tracks, jerry cans or Pioneer Boxes. Every 90mm slat is fully welded and has an M8 extruded channel, so accessories bolt on anywhere along it.


Designed to mount to extruded roof rails, such as the roof rails on CapRax canopies. 1400mm long for dual cab, 1700mm for extra cab or 2200mm for single cab, all 1200mm wide; about 19 to 26.8kg depending on length. Satin black powder coat.

Explorer Roof Rack

The Explorer is an aluminium platform roof rack for touring, trade and remote travel. It's light compared with steel, rated to 200kg (440.9 lb), sits low to keep wind noise and drag down, and every slat has an M8 channel for mounting gear.

Mount almost anything

  • 90mm (3.5in)-wide slats, fully welded, each with an extruded M8 channel along its length.
  • Bolt on rooftop tents, awnings, recovery tracks, jerry cans or Pioneer Boxes.
  • Integrated tie-down and accessory mounting points.

Mounting

The rack is designed to mount to extruded roof rails, such as the M8 roof rails on CapRax Xpedition and Xtreme canopies. There are no cab-specific mounting feet.

Three lengths

  • Dual cab: 1400mm (4'7.1") L × 1200mm (3'11.2") W.
  • Extra cab: 1700mm (5'6.9") L × 1200mm (3'11.2") W.
  • Single cab: 2200mm (7'2.6") L × 1200mm (3'11.2") W.

Built for touring

  • High-strength aluminium alloy with a satin black powder coat for corrosion resistance in salt, UV and rain.
  • Low profile helps with garage and car park clearance.

As with any roof-mounted gear, add up everything carried on top and confirm the total is within the dynamic roof load ratings of your rack, canopy and vehicle.
