Can I leave my bedding inside my tent?

Our RoofTop Tents are thoughtfully designed to keep your bedding inside the tent, saving you time on both pack up and set up. The hardshell rooftop tents and smart stainless steel features will protect your bedding from the elements, ensuring you stay comfortable and dry your whole trip.

How to mount a rooftop tent?

Our Rooftop tents can be mounted using the supplied universal mounting kit to mount either directly to load bars or rack. Whilst you can mount a rooftop tent yourself, we often recommend working with one of our recommended suppliers to ensure your rooftop tent is safely installed.  

If you do wish to install your own Rooftop Tent, follow the instructions listed on the product collection.

Are rooftop tents safe?

All The Bush Company rooftop tents are made with our B-Tech Alloy Extrudedframe. This is specifically blended aluminium composite, engineered for supreme strength and durability. This means no matter the weather conditions on the outside, our rooftop tents remain a safe haven for you on the inside.

Installation and vehicle/roof rack capacity are also important contributors to rooftop tent safety. Therefore it’s important to follow the proper steps when installing the rooftop tent, or speak with a member of our team for further support.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Are rooftop tents waterproof?

Our Rooftop Tents are waterproof and designed to withstand everything from rain to snow. Our tents are thoughtfully designed, using extra-tough South African made ripstop canvas and a wrap-around rainfly that will stop condensation**troy to rework  in your rooftop tent.

Can my car support a rooftop tent?

In most cases yes, we have fitted thousands of Rooftop Tents. Things to consider when looking to fit a Rooftop Tent to your car include roof load capacity, roofrack load capacity, and overall height. To see if your vehicle will support a Rooftop Tent, speak to The Bush Company Staff or an authorised dealer

We have a wide range of mounting options available including options for fitting to an alloy canopy.

Can you mount a rooftop tent on roof racks?

Yes - Typically you can mount a rooftop tent using roof racks or load bars. The Bush Company rooftop tents are versatile and mount with most roof racks that can take the weight. Before you mount your rooftop tent, please check with The Bush Company Staff or an authorised dealer for further details on mounting capacity.
